Case
I build the system step by step, rather than launching ads at random
Advertising brings requests, and the system turns them into money without manual routine
A regular advertising launch results in a surge in requests that there is no one to process. I am putting together a system: from analysis to automation using AI bots - so that the flow is stable and manageable.
Analysis and insights
I study business, clients and competitors. I’m looking for where you lose applications and where the team’s time is spent. I find the real motive for the purchase and the bottleneck in the funnel.
Automation strategy
I’m designing a system: what channels lead requests, where they are picked up by a bot, what goes to the CRM. I think that automation should be done first of all so that the return will be faster.
Implementation of AI bots and integrations
I collect chat bots, auto funnels and CRM connections. The bot takes the first contact, qualification and warm-up. Where a meaningful dialogue is needed, I use AI.
Testing and optimization
I test the system on real requests, look at the numbers to see where clients fall off, and tweak it further. Decisions are based on data, not guesswork.
Maintenance and development
I take the system further: I update scripts, add channels and bot functions, and monitor metrics. The system is not “set and forgotten”, but grows along with the business.
How is this different from a regular ad launch?
- The usual approach. They turned on advertising → orders arrived → the manager couldn’t keep up → some clients were lost.
- My approach. Applications are picked up by a bot → qualified and warmed up → warm leads go to CRM → the manager works only with those who are ready to buy. Less routine, less losses, everything is visible in the reports.
