How I grew the company’s profit by +316% in a year - with systemic marketing, a new website and a chatbot.
Strong sales department, but the system was missing
The guys are renovating apartments and houses in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. On the market for 5 years, the average repair bill is from 1.5 million rubles, we concluded 5-13 contracts per month. The sales department was good and constantly trained, but there was a catastrophic lack of consistency and a clear strategy.
The owner is a generator of ideas: every week he came up with something new, but some of the ideas remained just in the air. My task is to put everything in order, set tasks, bring them to completion and show real results.
Manage all marketing and advertising
- Supervised targetologists, contextologists and SEO specialists.
- I monitored social networks and the website so that everything went smoothly.
- Monitored results from Yandex.Maps, 2GIS, Google Maps and specialized ratings.
- Managed Roistat, controlled integrations and interacted with technical specialists.
- I drew up technical specifications for all contractors and kept them on their toes.
I became the person who was in control of the entire process so that the owner could focus on ideas rather than putting out fires.
Social networks have been revived - and they started bringing in requests
I found a strong realist who quickly got into the project and started making videos that really caught my attention. The videos consistently received 2,000–30,000 views, and some reached the million mark.

Instagram*: videos, reach and target audience growth. (*Meta is recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation.)
YouTube upgraded Shorts, updated the cover design, improved descriptions, and began to consistently upload content. The number of subscribers has increased a little, but we have already received 5 applications for renovations - and that was just the beginning.

YouTube: updated covers, Shorts and stable content plan.
New website with chatbot, who calculates the estimate
In February 2024, I proposed and launched a complete website redesign. The design and structure of the new site was developed personally. The site has become modern, understandable and fully adapted for SEO: a new corporate identity, a revised USP and detailed processing of customer objections.

I personally compiled the design and structure of the new site in Figma.

The main innovation is a chatbot that calculates the preliminary cost of repairs using special formulas. Now the client didn’t just leave a request for a “call back” - he immediately found out the approximate budget on the website, and managers communicated with people who already understood their capabilities. This significantly accelerated sales.
The new site began to consistently bring in 20 contracts per month. People trusted the company more - the site looked professional and spoke the same language to the client.
Collected a flow of leads from VKontakte
The coverage of posts on VK was weak. We started with tests: we attracted several teams of targetologists, tested the approaches and settled on the team with the best results. They used marquis and had a steady stream of applications.
Each channel brought results - but worked as one

The new website played a key role. But the result would not have been possible without well-coordinated team work.
Targetologists, SMM specialist, sales department, estimators - everyone contributed their part. The main thing that was achieved: all processes worked as a single whole, and not as a set of disparate activities.
